Biography
A graduate of Paris Dauphine University, Thomas Bajas is Climate Venture Partner at Founders Future, where he focuses on investments in Climate Tech and the circular economy. Since 2022, he has contributed to the development of innovative start-ups such as Beev, Daze, Bohr Énergie, and Tilt Energy, positioning himself as a key player in the energy transition in Europe.
Before joining Founders Future, Thomas was Chief of Staff to the French Minister for Digital Affairs, where he gained valuable strategic experience. He also worked at EY in project finance and at Meridiam as an analyst, strengthening his expertise in infrastructure and financing.
Passionate about sustainable innovation, he also hosts Climate Coffee, a monthly meeting for climate transition actors in Paris. Thomas combines financial expertise and commitment to build a more responsible and sustainable future.
