Biography

A graduate of HEC, Marc Menasé began his career at Kelkoo, the pioneering price comparison platform launched in 1999 and later acquired by Yahoo. He then co-founded Nextedia, which became Europe’s leading independent digital marketing company, before being sold to Lagardère in 2007.

In 2010, he launched Meninvest, an e-commerce and media group that included Mensquare, later acquired by Le Figaro in 2016. Just months after, he co-founded Epicery, the leading marketplace for local convenience stores, which was sold to La Poste in 2021.

Leveraging this rich entrepreneurial journey, Marc started his Business Angel activity in 2005, funding 100+ startups, including some of the most successful names in Tech (Mirakl, Teads, October, Pinterest, Le Petit Ballon). His active role consistently ranks him among France’s top 10 business angels. A key figure in the Tech ecosystem, he also co-founded France Digitale to advocate for startups and investors.

In 2018, Marc launched Founders Future with the ambition of backing the next generation of European Tech and impact champions.
