Biography
A graduate of Emlyon Business School in finance and the University of Bordeaux in business law, Diane Conqueret holds the position of Head of Legal & ESG with Founders Future since January 2023. She specializes in legal and ESG issues (Environment, Social, Governance), providing her expertise in the context of investment and divestment operations carried out by our funds, in supporting portfolio entrepreneurs on their legal issues, and in terms of sustainable finance.
Before joining Founders Future, Diane acquired solid experience in Private Equity and M&A at renowned firms such as Gide Loyrette Nouel and CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats. Her career has allowed her to master complex issues related to the management of AIFs and the legal structuring of equity investments.
